This size is different with the national standards, but has the possibility to take the American red valve or the Spanish as the standards.
Installation methods and dimensions:

The duckbill valve installation and usage:
Straight elevating check valve should be installed on the horizontal pipeline, the vertical elevating check valve and the bottom valve generally on the vertical pipeline with the medium flows from bottom to top.
The installation position of the elevating type check valve is not restricted. It is usually installed in horizontal pipeline, but may also installed in the vertical pipeline or leaned on the material pipeline.
When installs the check valve, people should pay special attention to the medium flow direction, be supposed to make the medium normal flow direction be in line with the arrow direction which instructed with the valve body, otherwise the medium the normal flowing direction will be interrupted.
The bottom valve should be installed in pipeline's bottom end of the water pump absorbing water. When the check valve shuts down, the hammer pressure in the pipeline will be formed which will damage the valve, the pipeline or equipment, especially the big caliber pipeline or high-pressured pipeline under serious condition. Therefore the conditions should bring to the check valve users’ high attention.
The advantages and disadvantages of duckbill valves
Advantages:
the duck mouth valve cost is low, if uses the appropriate rubber raw material, the working life will surpass the metal check valve. Meanwhile, the easy installation, diverse and flexible installation methods, and can be repaired.
Shortcoming:
The rubber body is not suitable for long time outdoors working, even using the high quality rubber cannot avoided the aging phenomenon.
Aeration-duckbill valves:
This series of duckbills consist of suite duckbill series in addition with the aeration-head and other accessories. In the process of sewage treatment, the valve body would open when fill the oxidation ditch with the air; when air is not needed close the valve body to prevent backflow. Obstruction-resistant, corrosion-resistant, long working life and simple installation are also the merits of duckbill valves. Aeration-maintenance-free and flexible one-way valve, its required specifications is few and the diameter is small, but the amount demand is large, is very suitable for mass production.
